Which means the claim only means something if I can actually operate in all three layers. Below is the basis for that, stated plainly, so you can judge it rather than take my word for it.

Where I'm the wrong call
One person is a constraint as well as an advantage.
01If you need ten people on the ground next month, you need an agency, not me.
02If the decision is already made and you want it executed without question, we'll frustrate each other.
03If you want a permanent headcount in a single functional seat, hire one—it's cheaper and it's the right answer.
